I’ve been using these services for a long time, but only recently found out that I could leave a review online. I really appreciate the flexibility when it comes to scheduling appointments. My manicure always looks beautiful, and it doesn't take much time either. Yet the quality never suffers—and that’s what matters! Highly recommended!!!

ZERO STARS:😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩 THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST, MOST HORRIFIC, EXPERIENCE. THAT I'VE HAD,TRYING TO GET MY NAILS DONE‼️😫😭😭😭 I booked a hard gel mani/pedi with the top NT. And I wanted for the old gel to be removed. Which was explained at the time of me booking. When I arrive to the suite( I could sense that something was off.) I was set with a NT (nail tech), only to discover later on that was not the top NT. The top NT, is the woman who set me with the other NT.(And crazy enough, wind up being who I booked my appointment with, through Instagram.) And she left shortly after I arrived, and she's the one that told me to sit at the table. These people are not properly equipped or educated on how to properly, and carefully remove hard gel.(And I would know. Because that's ALL I get. Which I mentioned to them.)This woman DESTROYED MY NATURAL NAIL BEDS AND NAILS by THINNING THEM OUT ‼️😤😤😤 And she DIDN'T even remove all of the gel‼️I had to KEEP TELLING HER that there's STILL GEL LEFT. Which you could CLEARLY SEE. I KNOW KNOW IF I CAN SEE. THEN YOU CAN SEE IT. BECAUSE YOU'RE THE ONE WORKING WITH MY NAILS‼️😑 Throughout this time, 45MINUTES,😡😡😡(Which IT SHOULDN'T TAKE HALF AS LONG TO REMOVE WITH THE PROPER TOOLS‼️And the thought of letting her continue. LITERALLY GAVE ME ANXIETY‼️😰😰😰)She calls the top NT a few times. Causing me to have to reiterate the same thing. I've REPEATED TO HER SEVERAL TIMES‼️ (And to tell her that I'm leaving.) This is how I found out that she was the top NT. Because during that final call, she told me. And said that "maybe" I could come in the following day for her to finish. Because she left to go to a Doctor's appointment.🤨🥴🥴🥴 This is just unprofessional all around‼️ I wouldn't want to return here. If the appointment were going to be free. Let alone pay for it‼️ My nails now have to heal(And HAD TO BE CUT ALL THE WAY DOWN BECAUSE OF HOW THIN AND BRITTLE THEY WERE FROM THE DAMAGE‼️) before I can get someone else to do them. Because they're SOOOO....SORE and DAMAGED....That WATER running over them is painful‼️😫 It's SAD how hard it is to find professionals in the beauty industry today.😔

I’m absolutely in love with my manicure! The work was done so carefully, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Indira is such a caring and talented professional. I left with beautiful nails and a great mood. I will definitely be coming back 🤍
